How you make a difference
By participating in a fundraising event you help to prevent people from becoming homeless.
Our research has shown that early access to advice and information on rights and entitlements is crucial to preventing people from becoming homeless. More than 7,400 people needed our support in 2011 and the first port of call for many of them was our Advice and Information Services based in Dublin, Waterford, Cork, Kilkenny, Limerick and Sligo.
Without our event participants and donors we would not be able to fund our Advice and Information Services across the country. For further information on our services for people who are homeless or in danger of becoming homeless click here.
