Our vision for Customer Involvement

Our vision is one where customers are actively involved the development of Focus Ireland services so that our services meets customers needs and supports customers to become settled in their home and in their life.We believe that by having opportunities to be involved and to be influential that customers can develop skills that will support them now and in the future. 

Further we believe that customer involvement will support the development of Focus Ireland services so that they are relevant, responsive and effective in meeting the needs of customers in all of our services.

Customers have told us that the some of the benefits to being involved are:

  • Customers views are heard and acted on, as appropriate
  • Customers are recognised as having expertise about their own needs and how our services can best respond to these needs
  • Customers using our services feel satisfied by the service they are offered because it changes to meet their needs
  • Through the experience of being listened to and of having their ideas acted on, customers develop new skills and personal confidence which is transferable into different aspects of customers lives.
