The infamous 5km running challenge – Run 5, Donate 5, Nominate 5 is back! Last year the 5k May helped charities nationwide, showing that the smallest things can make the biggest impact.
You can do your 5k anywhere, anytime, with anyone. You can run, roll, walk, cycle or even swim if you want to… It’s about getting out and feeling good while you’re doing it – all whilst giving back to charity.
If you want to take part as a group in your school, college or workplace, you can set up a fundraising page HERE. All students or colleagues can make their donation on the fundraising page, do their 5km together or individually and share the page with friends and family for support!
