The ‘Run 5, Donate 5, Nominate 5’ challenge calls on people to walk or run 5km, donate €5 to a frontline cause and nominate five friends to do the same.

During this time, we are all being asked to stay at home and practice social distancing to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Yet over 10,000 people in Ireland don’t have a home and may be living in cramped single room emergency accommodation making it impossible to follow these guidelines.

Please continue to take part in the ‘Run 5, Donate 5, Nominate 5’ Challenge in aid of Focus Ireland and tag us on Instagram and Facebook – but remember stay within a 2km range of your home.

How to take part for Focus Ireland?

• Run or walk 5km. (While keeping a 2km radius from your home)
• Take a picture of yourself (like the one below).
• Post the photo on Instagram or Facebook tagging 5 friends you nominate to take on the challenge.
• Donate HERE to Focus Ireland and select Run 5, Donate 5, Nominate 5 Challenge under ‘How did you hear about us’.
