Join Focus Ireland’s 30 Day Home Fitness challenge today!

We are asking you to challenge yourself by completing a 30 day Fitness challenge in aid of Focus Ireland!

We are all being asked to stay home and practice social distancing. Our Fitness Challenge is a great way to stay fit and raise vital funds for some of the most vulnerable people in our society – those who are homeless.

How do I get involved?

First you must choose your challenge!

Option 1: 100 burpees a day for 30 days

You are free to choose how many burpees you do in one go, at what time of the day and where you do it, as long as you complete 100 each day for 30 days!

Option 2: 30 minutes for 30 days

Are you up for the challenge of doing a 30 minute fitness circuit everyday for 30 days? We can provide you with 3 different circuits that can be done in the comfort of your own home.

Each challenge can be made suitable for all levels and ages. Why not get the whole house involved, make it an online club event or get your friends to do it with you? The possibilities are endless!
