“I want to go home. That’s all I’ve ever wanted”

At just 11 years old Jasmine was taken into state care to keep her safe. By the time she was 18, she had lived in five different foster homes.

Then she was made homeless.

Right now, almost one thousand 18-24 year olds are homeless in Ireland. That figure has more than doubled since June 2014.

Most have spent their childhoods in state care or foster homes.  Many have no family to call on for support. No home to go back to. And no parent to turn to in times of trouble.

Your support will help to be there for them at this crucial young age.

By making a gift to Focus Ireland, you can give a young person at risk the stability and support they need to become the adults they dream of being. Together we can offer them a home, key supports and a brighter future.

Thank you for helping  to change lives today.
