Focus Ireland is once again partnering with Today FM for The Big Busk which aims to tackle the issue of homelessness through the powerful medium of music, art, and performance.
On April 12th, talented acts will take the stage at various locations nationwide to help raise vital funds for those experiencing homelessness. We also strongly encourage individuals and groups to organise their own busking event in a location of their choosing, or even online.

Focus Ireland works with people who are homeless or at risk of losing their homes across Ireland.
We are driven by the fundamental belief that homelessness is wrong.
Wrong because it is a failure of society that creates victims out of ordinary people and robs them of their potential and wrong because it can be prevented and solved; allowing it to continue undermines society.
We need to challenge our society to think and act differently.
We are committed to challenging everything about homelessness: the causes, systemic failures, people’s perceptions and how it is tackled.

Today FM is Ireland’s number one radio station for 20–44-year-olds with nearly 1 million people tuning in each week.
We are delighted to partner with them to bring awareness to the pressing issue of homelessness in Ireland.
As part of The Big Busk, Today FM will be amplifying the voices of people who have either experienced homelessness themselves or who are playing an active role in the fight against homelessness.
