Sean Fitzpatrick

Sean retired from executive roles in June 2025 having been the HRD for John Sisk and Son for the previous 9 years. Prior to that, he worked as HR Director in Bord Gais Energy, IBRC and Intel. Before working in the private sector Sean spent 16 years in the Defence Forces in a variety of roles.

Sean has been a non-executive member of the GOAL Board from September 2022 where he was a member of the People Advisory Board, the Nominations Committee and served for two years as Company Secretary.

Sean has an MBS in HRM and a Diploma in Executive Coaching from the UCD Smurfit School and is a member of the IoD in Ireland, having completed the Diploma in Company Direction.
