Focus Ireland’s Technology for Transformation project strives to involve Ireland’s technology industry in strategic giving. Focus Ireland are seeking technology leaders and tech companies to support this project and work alongside Focus Ireland to provide life changing homes needed for those at risk or experiencing homelessness. The Technology sector drives change in our society through transformative leaders, pioneers & change makers. Focus Ireland want the Technology sector to begin changing Irish society by working with Focus Ireland to end homelessness. Ireland faces a growing homeless crisis that requires urgent responses. The Technology sector can partner with Focus Ireland to deliver scalable, long-term change. Focus Ireland are proposing that the technology sector help Focus Ireland provide 100 homes nationwide over the next five years. The technology sector has the ability to mobilize the resources to deliver a project of this scale in a short time frame.
The lasting legacy of this campaign will serve as a unique giving model, not only for the technology sector, but for other industries.
