Why hold a fundraising event for Focus Ireland?
Holding a fundraising event is a great way to raise awareness about homelessness in Ireland while raising money to end it. And our team is here to help you every step of the way. Once you tell us about your fundraising event, we’ll:
- Provide you with personal support through every stage of your event;
- Send you everything you need to make your event stand out, including posters, bunting, t-shirts and other promotional materials;
- Support your fundraising with collection buckets and boxes to help you collect money;
Every euro you raise will help to end homelessness in Ireland by:
- Funding vital support for people in moments of crisis;
- Providing practical services to help children and families living in emergency accommodation;
- Helping people to leave homelessness for good and rebuild their lives with dignity in the safety of home;
- Campaigning to end the housing crisis that’s forced so many people into homelessness.
Step 1: Get in touch with us to tell us about your fundraising event or idea. You can fill in this form, email us at events@focusireland.ie or give us a call on 01 881 5900.
Step 2: One of our events team will give you a call to chat about your event and find out how we can help, including sending you the materials you need to promote your event and collect money.
Step 3: After the event, you can pay in the money raised online, by bank transfer or by delivering collection buckets directly to us.
