Relevant Experience:  Former Executive Director of Corcoran Jennison Ireland Ltd, US based company experts in developing and managing mixed social housing,  in bidding for PPP regeneration projects and property management for Dublin City Council. Former principal of property management company managing commercial property in Poland owned by Irish developers.

Professional Qualifications:  Chartered General Practice Surveyor (RICS,SCSI) and Director (Irish Institute of Directors), Institute of Arbitration, Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute, MBA (Real Estate and Construction), Higher Diploma in Project Management (RICS), BA (Management); former Chairman:  Irish Property and Facilities Management Association, International Real Estate Association Ireland, International Womens Forum (Ireland).  Former Board member of 5 further property companies.
