Meet Our Team

Conor Jones is a Senior Advisor at Melior Equity Partners, a private equity fund investing in small and medium sized enterprises in Ireland.  Conor previously led the global revenue organisation of Wayflyer, comprising sales, customer success, marketing, partnerships, as well as strategy and go-to-market functions. Conor joined Wayflyer from Google where he spent several years, latterly serving as the Managing Director of UK&I, leading its large customer segment. Prior to that he spent over a decade at McKinsey & Company where he was Managing Partner in Ireland, consulting Tech, Telecoms, and Media clients across EMEA.

He initially trained as an electronic engineer and designed microchips for semiconductor intellectual property startup, Parthus Technologies.  Conor holds an M.B.A. from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from University College Dublin.
