Lonan McDowell qualified as a solicitor with McCann FitzGerald in 1980, giving more than 40 years to the practice. His area of expertise is in commercial property. Lonan was  a partner in the firm for 30 years, retiring in 2017. Lonan continued to work with the practice on a part time basis as a consultant until 2022 and is now enjoying full time retirement.
