Take The Plunge for Focus Ireland on Saturday 25th November at various beautiful shores around Ireland. Support Focus Ireland by dipping or swimming in the cold seas at Garryvoe Beach, Co. Cork, Tramore Beach, Co. Waterford and Old Head Beach, Louisburgh, Co. Mayo. The final Plunge will take place on Saturday 2nd December in Partnership with Limerick Camogie at Ringmoylan Pier, Pallaskenry, Co. Limerick. If you can’t make any of the above locations, take the plunge in your local beach and donate.

Cully & Sully are kindly supporting this event by providing well-deserved hot soup for all participants on the day and swim hats for the first 50 registrations in each area.
Focus Ireland believes that everyone has a right to a place they can call home. We are driven by the fundamental belief that homelessness is wrong. Wrong because it is a failure of society that creates victims out of ordinary people and robs them of their potential. There are currently 12,691 people, including 3,829 children experiencing homelessness across Ireland.
