Focus Housing Association - Who we are
Focus Housing Association is an award-winning Approved Housing Body (AHB) – an independent, not-for-profit organisation providing affordable rented housing. We are a standalone legal and corporate entity governed by our own board and regulated by the Approved Housing Bodies Regulatory Authority.
The scale of our work
Focus Housing Association is a significant provider of housing across the country and is Ireland’s seventh largest AHB. We currently provide over 1,200 affordable, sustainable homes for individuals and families across the country, with a presence in Dublin, Kildare, Carlow, Wexford, Kilkenny, Waterford, Cork, Limerick, Tipperary, Clare, Mayo and Sligo.
Between now and 2025, our aim is to deliver a further 1,000 homes through direct builds, partnering with developers and acquisitions.
