Focus Ireland welcomed that the number homeless in May dropped to 8,876 and the charity is urging the next government to put in place a clear roadmap out of Covid-19 for housing and homelessness if the Programme For Government is passed by the three parties.

Focus Ireland welcomes third consecutive monthly drop in homelessness and calls for roadmap out of Covid-19 to help end crisis

Focus Ireland welcomed news that the number of people homeless in April has dropped to 9,355 and the charity believes this is due to the effective collaboration between the State, local authorities and other NGOs.  This is a drop of 572 people from the number homeless in March.
