The one day 42km cycle includes a one night stay and should take approximately 5 hours to complete.

The Next Step is Focus Ireland’s Virtual Marathon, supported by Horizon.
You have 30 days during April to walk, jog or run the 42.2km distance of a marathon and raise vital funds for families and children experiencing homelessness. It’s free to sign up and open to all fitness levels, so why not make your fitness count this April?
Big Rebel Sleep-out as we know it, has been amended, just as we had to do in 2020 to meet current public health guidelines and protocols. It is a situation Focus Ireland will continue to monitor and make amendments as required.
Join Focus Ireland on the Camino from Santiago to Finsterre and Muxia, taking place 22nd to 29th May 2020.
This fully guided 121km trek starting in the city of Santiago and walking to the end of the earth in Muxia, is one not to be missed.

Join Focus Ireland during the Tough Mudder challenge in Loughcrew, Co Meath on either Saturday 24th or Sunday 25th July 2021.
We are asking friends, families, colleagues and individuals to take part in the 3 mile or 5 mile obstacle course in aid of Focus Ireland.
This year’s event has been postponed to 2021 due to Covid 19 safety issues.
The event will be starting off in the beautiful city of Paris and finishing on the iconic Promenade des Anglais in Nice.
Paris2Nice is a unique and exceptional non-competitive charity cycle that raises much needed funds for charities throughout Ireland.
Given the ongoing Covid-19 crisis gripping the country, the annual Carlow Sleep-out as we know it, has been amended to meet current public health guidelines and protocols. It is not possible to host group public events at the moment so we are asking the people of Carlow to simulate a sleep-out in their own home and link in virtually with others taking part – we can come together to challenge homelessness by staying apart!
